2018 Sangiovese

In Stock
Sangiovese is derived from the Latin phrase sanguis Jovis. If your Latin is rusty that translates to the "blood of Juipter". For those of you not up on Roman mythology, Jupiter was a bringer of light and the ruler of the sky. We can't promise you will rule the sky after drinking this wine, but you will enjoy notes of raspberry, dark cherry and plum in this gently oaked wine. Enjoy this wine with the food of the gods, pizza, pasta or herb and tomato dishes.
